Shipping

At Bolfix, we aim to ship all orders we receive once or twice a week, and we take care to ensure that every product is wrapped with utmost care. You can always contact us to confirm delivery timing and track your shipment. Please note that we may use recycled packaging materials, which could mean you receive an already-used cardboard box as an outer box. But rest assured, we make sure your order inside is packed neatly.

Our shipping fees are based on weight and destination. We use Swiss Post to deliver orders within Switzerland, as well as for all international orders. Shipping fees are automatically calculated by weight, and you can choose and view your shipping method and handling fees at checkout before you complete your order. For faster delivery, you also have the option to select UPS for express shipping at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with tracking information.

If you have any urgent orders or questions, please feel free to contact Bolfix for assistance. However, please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and we are not responsible for any duties or customs taxes for orders shipping overseas. Returns

We understand that you may not always be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer a store credit or exchange for eligible returns. To qualify, items must be returned in their original condition. For shipped orders, items must be returned within 5 days of the delivery date in their original condition. A full store credit can only be issued if the returned package is received in good condition and is not lost or damaged.
